The business is part of a national franchise that has been operating since 1990. Since coming on board as a carpet cleaner in Canberra in 2006, Nick aspired to run his own franchise and purchased the Illawarra brand in 2013. Since then, the business has grown into a multi-van operation, servicing the entire Illawarra region and Southern Highlands.
